We started the year by bringing everyone at Greenfields together for two inspiring and productive training days, setting us up for a successful 2025. It was a chance to focus on what matters most—keeping our teams safe, skilled, and ready for the year ahead.
Over the two days, we completed essential e-learning courses to refresh our knowledge and ensure we’re up-to-date on best practices. Health and safety remained front and centre, with toolbox talks covering key topics and health surveillance checks to keep everyone in top shape.
We also had the chance to share ideas in our innovation sessions, where teams worked together to explore smarter, more efficient ways of working. Reflecting on our four key business cornerstones—near misses, profit, customer feedback, and improvements—gave us valuable insights and fostered open conversations across the company.
Of course, it wasn’t all work. Team-building activities added some fun and laughter, strengthening connections and reminding us of the great people we have at Greenfields.
All in all, it was a fantastic way to start the year. We’re grateful for the enthusiasm and input from everyone involved and can’t wait to carry this momentum into 2025. Here’s to a year of success, growth, and making every project the best it can be!
